Bio
Damien Kapay researches parliamentary issues at Ebuteli. He monitors and documents parliamentary activity for Talatala, a barometer of parliamentary activity and government action set up by Ebuteli and the Congo Study Group. Damien has seven years' experience in parliamentary monitoring. Before joining Ebuteli as a consultant, Damien worked as a researcher at Dynamique de contrôle citoyen des activités des représentants du peuple en RDC (Dycarp), a structure that has been documenting parliamentary activity for over seven years. Damien is also an assistant at the Faculty of Social, Administrative and Political Sciences at the University of Kinshasa.
Damien holds a Master's degree in Political and Administrative Sciences from the University of Kinshasa.
