Ildefonse Paluku Bwakyanakazi is Data Manager of the Kivu Security Barometer (KST), a joint project of Groupe d'études sur le Congo (GEC), Human Rights Watch (HRW), Bridgeway Foundation (BW) and Ebuteli.
He has worked at the Independent National Electoral Commission (Ceni) as a trainer and supervisor. He has also participated in research on security and peace issues. He holds a bachelor's degree in political and administrative sciences.
